4. Social Media Integrations

5.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Original content you upload or create
• AI-generated content created using your prompts and brand data

You grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7.3 Refunds

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you create or publish
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
