Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your Social AI account and associated data, including data linked through Meta / Instagram integrations.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Social AI app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion prompt.

Account deletion from the app is permanent and removes your Social AI profile, connected brand data, scheduled/generated content data, and connected account records.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered account email at samabuzarifa@gmail.com with the subject Delete My Social AI Account.

Include enough information to identify your account (e.g., your login email and brand name).

What data is deleted

Your Social AI account profile
Brand profile and strategy data
Connected social account records/tokens stored by Social AI
Generated and scheduled content records, drafts, and analytics records associated with your account

Retention timeline

In-app deletions: processed immediately once confirmed.
Email deletion requests: processed within 7 business days.
Backups/log retention: up to 30 days where required for security and legal compliance.
